An informative evening, where Keenan will walk us through the process of farming oysters in Islip, NY plus how to shuck them. You will learn where they are raised and their role in a healthy ecosystem. Be prepared to wow your family, friends or romantic interest with a special treat from the sea. We will also discuss appropriate side dishes, condiments, and plating technique.
